4 Pre-Measurement Checks for Reliable BP

Apply the cuff on your upper arm with exposed skin and keep the device aligned with the middle finger.

Ensure that there is a space of 1-2 fingers inside. Make sure the bottom edge of the arm cuff is 1 to 2 cm above the inside elbow.

Keep the cuff at heart level, rest quietly for 5 minutes before measurement, and avoid talking, moving, or emotional stress.

Press the start button and keep still for instant measurement. Measure at the same time daily.
